RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. If you wish to exchange, please send an e-mail to Hello.keatas@gmail.com or text us via WhatsApp to+62-811-1990-9988 and tell us your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Products must be mailed for return within 7 days after the package received. Means if you receive the package on 1st, you have to return it by the 7th, latest.
  3. Please record a full unboxing video before opening your package  to process your return or exchange claim.(Video must be recorded from the moment of unboxing the package, and the product in one continuous shot without any editing or pauses.)
  4. The item(s) must be in perfect conditions and no defect (unless it was received that way).
  5. Unworn and unwashed, with the secure seal and brand tag still attached.
  6. The product was NOT on sale items.
  7. We do not issue cash refunds. We only issue refunds in forms of store credits. Store credits only applied for any purchase(s) at KEATASOFFICIAL.com and can not be redeemed for cash.
  8. Customer can only claim product exchange once for each purchase.
  9. We do not give change in cash nor in credits if item's price is lower than the one returned. You can use the remaining balance in your credits for the next purchase.
  10. All exchanges are subject to availability.
  11. All international purchases are not applicable to returns & exchanges.

IMPORTANT NOTES

KEATAS reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criterias. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system. 

Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost or discarded if you do not claim within 7 days after our notification. Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for maximum of 14 days before being discarded.

SHIPPING FEE

In case of product exchange, shipping fee from our customer to our warehouse will be charged to the customer. While the shipping fee from our warehouse to customer will be borne by us.
