These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to KEATAS’s website. This website is operated by KEATAS and throughout the site the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KEATAS.We encourages you to read our Terms of service before placing your order. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

PRICING RULE

While we try to ensure that all prices and information on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Vouchers and discount codes applied to specific terms and conditions within the different promos. 

PRODUCT COLOR

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in this website reflect the clothes’ colors in reality. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings. The colors may appear slightly different.

 PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

 Payment is currently made in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) for shipments to Indonesia and US Dollars ($) for worldwide shipments. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification of the order. Payment must be completed within 1 x 24 hours to continue processing. Failure upon payment will be considered as cancellation. Please note that we do not hold responsible for payment mistakes.

You have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase or simply contact us through our customer service. If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order. You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card or Virtual Account Method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges. Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that KEATAS used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
